Can I submit songs to the SURF Marketplace even if I'm signed to a label or publisher?

SURF does not act as a publisher, rather as an extension of your creative, song management and pitching process. You can submit songs to the SURF Marketplace as long as you do not have an exclusive publishing deal, but we always encourage you to clarify your deal terms with your publisher. When a song gets held or placed, the negotiation process would involve the same steps that any other song placement would, involving all co-writers, publishers and parties involved.
