How can I cancel my subscription?

“SURF Music” on the upper left side  > “Setting” > “Manage” under the Billing section > Enter your email address > select “Cancel” 


You can cancel at any time via your account settings, even during your trial period.

If you  go to the “Setting” page by clicking the “SURF Music” tab on the upper left side of the screen, then this page would appear.



Click the “Manage” tab under the billing section, then you will type in your registered email address and the verification code will be sent out to your email.


Once you enter the code, you will be able to cancel, pause your subscriptions, or change your billing information.

 

Your subscription charges stop on the immediate billing period after you canceled your plan.

Your plan will be canceled, but your account will be available until the end of your billing period.

If you change your mind, you can renew your subscription.

If a song was pitched to an opportunity while you had your subscription, SURF reserves the right to contact you if and when there is an offer. However, once you cancel your subscription your music will no longer be available to view and listen to in the marketplace.

You can restart your SURF account at anytime.

If you stop your subscription, we will retain an account for you on the backend so you will be able to resubscribe with the same email address. 

We collect data on your engagements and interactions with the platform so that if you ever decide to resubscribe, you will be able to join us without having to redo the work.
