How to Share Tracks, Playlists, Files, and Sessions
Share your tracks, playlists, files, and Sessions with SURF members and external partners.
Sharing tracks and playlists
- For tracks, go to its detail page by clicking View. Click the Share button on the left-hand side.

- For playlists, open the playlist up and find the Share icon alongside the playlist name.

- Enter a message, create a password, and allow downloads, if applicable. Click Share to obtain the sharing link and copy to share with others.

- Below are examples of what the recipient will see upon opening the shared link.


Sharing SURF Drive files
- Open the SURF Drive of your Session. On each file and folder, you will find a 3-dot menu button. Click Share in the dropdown menu.

- Enter a message and create a password, if applicable. Click Share to obtain the sharing link and copy to share with others.

- Below is an example of what the recipient will see upon opening the shared link

Sharing a Session
- In your Session Dashboard (see "What are SURF Sessions?" for more information on Sessions), select Collaborators.

- Click Invite Collaborator in the top right corner.
NOTE: You can view all active collaborators in this section.

- Select Invite Link to obtain a sharing link to externally share your Session. You can also share via search through SURF's creators and sending an invite to an email address.
NOTE: Recipients will be able to upload and download files (similar to Google Drive or Dropbox).
