"Reverse Magic Search" is our AI Powered Tool That Generates a List of Artists You Can Pitch a Track to

1. To find the Reverse Magic Search function, you can go to the track details of any of your library tracks. Click “View” to open the track details. 
   
2. The Reverse Magic Search function is located at the bottom of the lefthand menu. 
   
3. After analyzing the track and its metadata, SURF’s AI technology will search through Spotify for relevant artists and create a list as shown below. You can see how many followers, monthly listeners, and tracks the artist has. 

 

You can use the artist suggestions from Reverse Magic Search to pitch the song it was used on, or it can even inspire future tracks if you come across new compatible artists you want to write for. The options are limitless!
